About.

Hello and welcome, all!

Aja is a writer, a fan, and a mostly silly human being, and this is her fan-centric blog and writing archive (or at least it will be when she’s done moving in). Hello to everyone from Livejournal, pilgrims and visitors alike. <3

About this Journal:

this journal was created as a refuge from Livejournal, which has gotten very uppity with its users of late. I will be archiving things here until such time as fandom creates its own safe blogging haven. From there? Who knows.

About fandom & me:

Okay, so this picture has no relevance. That’s not me, by the way. That’s Gackt.  He thinks he’s a 400-year-old vampire.  Welcome to my life.

My main fandoms are Harry Potter, Prince of Tennis, Hikaru no Go, and other embarrassing things like J-pop and, um, well, J-pop. :/ You can currently find my fanfiction at topgallant, also on NQR.net. Eventually, all fanfiction will be archived here on this journal, and I will probably retire topgallant. If you want updates on new fanfic by me, check the blog, Bookshop, first.

i seriously want to write screaming adolescent fan letters to a band called bump of chicken. sometimes i compose them in my head. :(

hello, Grindelwald! How does it feel to know that your epic gay love with Albus is now canon? :)

The dossier he eventually produced can read like a log of a year-long refusal to face the truth. ,

It’s been said that it’s good to learn from the past, so let’s look to our experience with credit cards and see if we can pull out some lessons that will help us design for understanding and action in ubicomp. ,
